Ingredients
lemon wedge
A lemon wedge is a wedge-shaped cut of a fresh lemon that typically corresponds to one eighth of the fruit. To cut lemon wedges, trim off the tips (poles) of the lemon. Bisect the lemon from pole-to-pole. Lay one lemon half flat and slice three times from pole-to-pole, at 45-degrees, 90-degrees and 135-degrees to yield four even pieces.
