manzanilla
Manzanilla is a specific style of dry fino sherry produced at Sanlúcar de Barrameda that is typically marginally “lighter” in character and perhaps indicative of its marine terroir. As a fino sherry, manzanilla is barrel aged in a manner to shield it from oxidation. Once a bottle of manzanilla is opened, it should be consumed quickly; half bottles recommended.
