Dom Pérignon
Prestige cuvée of Moët & Chandon since approx. 1943. Produced in vintages, but only in years deemed of sufficient quality. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noire (varies across vintages). Brut Champagne is generic for the driest and most common style of Champagne, with less than 12g sugar per liter. (This is sugar that is added—the “dosage”—following bottle fermentation.)
