blood orange wheel

0% ABV

A blood orange wheel is a cross-sectional slice of a blood orange, usually between an eighth and a quarter inch thick, producing the visual appearance of a spoked wheel. Orange wheels are typically floated atop a drink, inserted down the side of a glass, or slit with a knife and slotted on the edge of a glass. A half blood orange wheel is a wheel bisected in two to produce a semicircular garnish.
