orange wedge

0% ABV

An orange wedge is a wedge-shaped cut of a fresh orange that typically corresponds to one eighth of the fruit. To cut orange wedges, trim off the tips (poles) of the orange. Bisect the orange from pole-to-pole. Lay one orange half flat and slice three times from pole-to-pole, at 45-degrees, 90-degrees and 135-degrees to yield four even pieces.
