Ingredients
haitian rum
Haitian rum is generic for the medium-bodied generally delicate-flavored amber rums of Haiti. In Haiti they employ sugar cane juice, sugar cane syrup and molasses to make rum, depending on availability, so Haitian rum blurs the line between molasses rum and rhum agricole. In any case, they’re quite good at it. Barbancourt is the notable brand.
