Also known as “lemon slice”,“slice of lemon”. A lemon wheel is a cross-sectional slice of a lemon, usually between an eighth and a quarter inch thick, producing the visual appearance of a spoked wheel. Lemon wheels are typically floated atop a drink, inserted down the side of a glass, or slit with a knife and slotted on the edge of a glass. A half lemon wheel is a wheel bisected in two to produce a semicircular garnish.
