Also known as “strawberry nectar”. Strawberry syrup is a preparation of concentrated strawberry juice and sugar syrup used only uncommonly in drinks such as the HARMONY. Plain strawberry juice is rarely seen. Avoid artificial preparations. Smucker's brand is notable.
