Tequila reposado is generic for distilled agave spirit from Jalisco, Mexico that has been aged 60 days to a year in wood. True tequila reposado must state on the label “100% blue agave”, “100% puro de agave” or “100% de agave”; if it does not, then it tequila mixto.
