Don José Oloroso Sherry
Proprietary oloroso; blend features wines aged (average) more than eighteen years. Oloroso sherry is a principal style (the other being fino) of dry barrel aged sherry. Oloroso is fully oxidized. Oloroso is darker than amontillados. Can be extensively aged.
