Lustau Pedro Ximénez San Emilio
Pedro Ximénez is generic for sherry from Jerez, Spain, made entirely from the Pedro Ximenez grape. PX is the sweetest and darkest sherry. The other sweet sherry varietal is Moscatel. Either sweet varietal is used in combination with one or more dry sherries to produce cream sherry.
