Or-lem

Or-lem was a proprietary, bottled carbonated beverage consisting of orange juice, lemon juice and cane sugar. Specified in the St. Clement recipe of the 1937 UKBG Approved Drinks book. Carbonated citrus juice beverages are proprietary, bottled blends of juices from one or more citrus fruit, carbonated water and sugar, often cloudy or even including some fruit pulp. These products tend to be marketed explicitly or implicitly as “premium”, emphasizing natural, rather than artificial, ingredients and tend to be drier-tasting (less sweet).
