Proprietary 30-year old brandy distilled from Folle Blanche and Parellada grapes, and bottled in a bottle designed to evoke the architecture of Antoni Gaudi. Spanish brandy is generic for the grape brandies of Jerez, Spain, the same region responsible for sherry. Some Spanish brandy is dry, most is sweet. All are aged in American oak casks that were previously used for aging sherry.
