Proprietary pisco aged 1 to 3 years in american oak. Generic for pisco that has been barrel aged, an uncommon phenomenon. Barrel aging pisco does much the same to pisco as any other spirit: adds color, mellows some distillate flavors, and adds some woody/tannic flavors.
