Proprietary chocolate-orange liqueur. Originally a pickly pear cactus liqueur developed by Seagrams in the 1960s, since transitioned to chocolate and orange. (Other flavors under the same brand exist.) Chocolate-flavored liqueur is a generic category for liqueur with natural and/or artificial chocolate flavoring and a neutral spirit or brandy base. Cream or similar dairy product is added in several brands.
