Old Speckled Hen
Proprietary example of English ale, introduced in 1979 commemorative of an MG car. Ale is a generic category for a beverage brewed and fermented from malted cereal grains using “top fermenting” yeasts. Inclusive of many distinct beer styles including Bitter, Pale Ale, Porter, Stout, Lambic and Alt.
