Also known as “orange blossom syrup”. Orange flower syrup is a thick, high-concentration water & sugar solution, infused with orange flowers. May be naturally or artificially colored. Can be easily homemade by adding 1-2 teaspoons of orange flower water to a cup or two of simple syrup and possibly adding a little lemon juice.
