DCSL Old Arrack

Proprietary 100% pure aged coconut arrack, bottled without an age statement. Coconut arrack is distilled from a fermented coconut fruit nectar called “toddy” in Sri Lanka. Lower end bottled coconut arrack is often blended with a large quantity of neutral spirits, whereas higher end coconut arrack is pure distilled toddy, often with significant barrel aging. The taste is comparable to rum. A similar beverage called lambanog is produced in the Philippines.
