ice cone

0% ABV

An ice cone is crushed ice molded into a conical shape. This effect is most commonly achieved by dumping a pile of crushed ice in a drinking vessel—usually a coupe or saucer—and then molding and packing the pile ice into a conical shape by hand. Ice cones can also be formed in myriad other ways—such as in a Pilsner glass—and then carefully removed and frozen for later use.
