prosecco

12% ABVItaly

Prosecco is generic for a dry (i.e., brut) style of Northern Italian sparkling wine. Some prosecco is DOC. Prosecco is generally not produced using in-bottle secondary fermentation; consequently, prosecco is generally less expensive to produce than, say, Champagne. Prosecco is intended to be drunk young.
