Proprietary 25 year old single malt whisky from the Yamazaki distillery operated by Suntory. Japanese whisky is generic for whisky made in Japan, either blended or single-malt, in a style which seems to cross Irish and Scotch whiskies with a bolt of dry American rye thrown in for good measure. Suntory is a major producer. The quality of this product tends to be high.
