Jasmine tea is a brewed beverage of black or green tea leaves infused with jasmine blossoms (or, if a cheaply made commercial product, sprayed with jasmine essential oils). Quality jasmine teas employ high quality loose leaf tea and feature a subtle jasmine perfume. Poorer jasmine teas tend to be sold in tea bags and are over-flavored.
