Honey syrup (1:1) is a dilution of honey to the equivalent of simple syrup (50 brix) to make it easier to work with in mixology. ======== Combine in a sauce pan: 192 g water 300 g honey Gently warm and stir until fully diluted. Cool, bottle and store in the refrigerator. ======== Honey syrup can also be easily infused with botanicals for creative effects.
