Also known as “le bleue”. Absinthe blanche is merely an absinthe that hasn’t been tinted green through a post-distillation infusion. Some actually acquire a bluish tint once water is added, leading to the name “le bleue”, sometimes affixed to Swiss blanche absinthes.
