Widow Jane Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey
Proprietary bourbon released in limited edition batches (age and ABV may vary—consult label for details). The whiskey itself is distilled and aged in Kentucky (under contract, from an unspecified distillery), shipped to Red Hook, Brooklyn, where it is cut with highly mineral limestone water from Rosendale, New York’s famous Widow Jane mine. A product of Cacao Prieto. Bourbon whiskey is a generic category for U.S. single-malt whiskey distilled from predominately corn mash with wheat or rye grains. Popular in all manner of mixed drinks 19th century-present.
