Proprietary bourbon. Originally a brand of the Bernheim Distillery which is now Heaven Hill; currently a brand owned by Diageo and used for export-only contract product to Japan and Europe. Some unconfirmed speculation that it’s basically the same whiskey as Old Charter. Bourbon whiskey is a generic category for U.S. single-malt whiskey distilled from predominately corn mash with wheat or rye grains. Popular in all manner of mixed drinks 19th century-present.
