Wild Turkey Bourbon [81º]
Also known as “Wild Turkey 81”,“Wild Turkey Bourbon”. Novel (introduced 2011) proprietary bourbon featuring a high rye content in the mashbill and #4 char barreling in a formulation intended to stand up in mixed drinks. The whiskey is a blend of 6, 7 and 8-year old whiskies. Bourbon whiskey is a generic category for U.S. single-malt whiskey distilled from predominately corn mash with wheat or rye grains. Popular in all manner of mixed drinks 19th century-present.
