Heaven Hill Bourbon (various)

Heaven Hill has a history of playing games with the labeling of their namesake bourbon, and it can be difficult to nail down what’s available and what you’re buying. They bottle an array of bourbons of different ages and proofs with similar-but-inconsistent labels across multiple markets. We will decimate the products out into separate entries as possible, but for the time being, this entry is a catchall. Bourbon whiskey is a generic category for U.S. single-malt whiskey distilled from predominately corn mash with wheat or rye grains. Popular in all manner of mixed drinks 19th century-present.
