Also known as “Maker’s Mark 46”. Bourbon product introduced in 2010 by Maker’s Mark Distillery, principally distinguished from the regular Maker’s Mark bourbon by additional oaking (staves) during barrel aging. Bourbon whiskey is a generic category for U.S. single-malt whiskey distilled from predominately corn mash with wheat or rye grains. Popular in all manner of mixed drinks 19th century-present.
